The CSR will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Companys sales and production departments. Responsibilities include greeting customers and answering phone calls, in addition to more complex functions and services, such as data entry, scheduling, creation of production documents, inventory tracking and organizing inbound and outbound freight. The CSR will provide developmental assistance with advertising and promotional material including, but not limited to, website development and maintenance, product catalogue development and showroom layout.
