Description

Property Management Housekeeping/Cleaner

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Cleaner is responsible for all cleaning-related duties within their assigned location in a residential multi-family setting.

Responsibilities:
Clean entrances and lobbies daily, including windows
Pick up garbage inside and outside the building daily
Vacuum hallways as required
Clean windows and walls as required,
Report required repairs to the Maintenance team or Resident Manager
Clean and prepare vacant suites for occupancy
Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager

Qualifications and Requirements
High school education or equivalent work experiencePrior cleaning experience in multi-family environment is an asset
Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
Must successfully complete a criminal background check

Candidate should:

be self-motivated and have the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure move in deadlines are achieved
present a professional and positive company image
have an eye for details and take pride in your work
