The ideal candidate is a people person, with a natural ability to develop relationships and create amazing customer experiences. We are seeking a forward thinking, dedicated team player that has excellent time management skills, multi-tasks efficiently and effectively with a strong attention to detail. Previous customer service experience is an asset.

Duties include:
Providing outstanding customer service
Processing warranty devices
Assisting customers with warranty inquiries
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous customer service experience an asset, but not necessary
