The Staples Account Specialist (SAS) will be responsible for outbound calling in accordance with program strategies, and is responsible for the satisfaction and growth of the U.S. customers called, while utilizing internal resources to overcome obstacles.
Job Duties
. Make tactical sales generating/enrollment outbound calls within the SAS campaign, and handle periodic inbound activity and callbacks.
. During the course of the live conversation, act as the customers primary liaison to Staples in regards to product, pricing, billing, etc.
. Utilize contact management software and order entry system to track and capture information
. Update customer data and maintain data integrity as required
. Contribute to Staples sales, including product category penetration and customer retention
. Meet or exceed sales goals through customer interaction on spending patterns and new product opportunities
. Distribute promotional material in support of campaigns as required
. Utilize the Staples Inside Sales Departments selling strategy to accomplish campaign goals
