EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Camecos finance department is instrumental in ensuring the financial success and sustainability of the corporation. As the executive assistant to the vice-president, controller you will provide a critical role in the efficient and effective operation of this dynamic group.
As the key administrative support person you will participate in various activities such as budget preparations and quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles. You will assist the vice president and other management team members by managing appointments, booking travel, screening calls and arranging meetings. Additional duties include department communications, file and records management and project support activities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Diploma in administration or business
Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience including supporting senior managers and executive
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Assets:
Previous SAP and/or SharePoint experience
