The Saskatoon Academy of Music is Saskatoon's premier private music instruction choice for students of all ages and at all levels
across a wide variety of musical instruments.
At this time, SAM has an immediate opening for a piano teacher. This part-time position involves the delivery of piano lessons to students from a beginner level and upwards. The successful applicant will need to be available during standard teaching hours (4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. approximately) on most weeknights. At a minimum, we are looking for someone to work 2 evenings per week. SAM also operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. on Saturdays, and the possibility of additional students and schedule growth exists for the right person.
Music credentials, education, and performance experience will be taken into account. Experience teaching is not mandatory, but is certainly an asset, as is previous experience working with
children.
