Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Office Manager
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be required to perform an array of administrative duties including records management, meeting deadlines for accounting clients, accountable for drafting, reviewing and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team. Being back-up for the receptionist as needed during breaks, mail and bank deposits. Other duties relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide complete administrative assistance to all departments ~ 2. Typing requirements related to accounting, wealth management documents and financial Statements
3. Assembly and filing of Corporate returns/statements ~ Records Management
Qualifications:
1. College diploma would be an asset
2. 1 -2 years industry experience as an administrative assistant
3. Fluent in Computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
