Clifton Associates Ltd. is currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be professional, positive, energetic and outgoing. In addition a strong work ethic including dependability, reliability and an excellent attendance record is imperative.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors, clients and staff
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls on multi-line phone system
- Coordinating incoming/outgoing couriers and mail
- Prepare and edit documents and spreadsheets
- Copying and binding documents
- Data entry
- Cell phone management
- Ordering of office supplies
- Other miscellaneous projects as required.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills including intermediate MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, manage tasks and take direction
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- High School diploma required, and a Business Administration diploma or equivalent courses are considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year of reception experience, preferably with an engineering firm
