Aldon Oils Ltd. is a privately owned oil company with its office located in Weyburn, SK. We are currently recruiting for a full time Surface/Mineral Land Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Surface and Mineral Land administration. You will be part of a high performing team with duties including, but not limited to:
Prepare required documentation for the acquisition of lands and right-of-ways, etc.
Set-up, maintain and ensure the integrity of surface and mineral land files.
Generate and review obligations, expiry and rental calendars.
Maintain relationship with Mineral and Surface Owners
Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary education or diploma.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Attention to detail while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy coupled with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Aldon Oils Ltd. is willing to train candidates possessing strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and a positive attitude however previous experience would be considered an asset.
