Horizon is looking for a Senior Help Desk Analyst. Full time onsite resource with the following responsibilities:
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; and
documentation using the appropriate ticket management software.
Assist with assigning Windows Active Directory policies and groups to users.
The following qualifications and skills are considered mandatory:
Some experience with troubleshooting and installing various Microsoft Office
2013 online components including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook,
Lync, OneNote and Sky Drive Pro.
Knowledge/experience about the following would be considered an asset:
Experience with workstation management/software packaging applications such
as SCCM, Novell ZENWorks or Admin Studio etc.
Knowledge of Cherwell IT Service Management Software.
Experience with BMC Service Desk Express.
