Skeans Automation Ltd. is Western Canada's leading Pneumatic & Electrical, Automation and Compressor Room Systems distributor. From Vancouver Island, BC to Thunder Bay, Ontario, SKEANS' goal is to provide integrated automation and compressed air systems to industries across Western Canada.
We are currently hiring an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to support and work alongside a Technical Outside Sales partner who will be in/out of the office.
Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, Prairies, you will perform the following duties:
- Handle sales calls and process orders;
- Prepare quotations for customers varying from OEMs to end users from a wide variety of markets ranging from manufacturing to other industrial distributors; and
- Perform additional duties which may include hands-on repairs and conversions, administrative tasks, and warehouse duties.

- Relevant post secondary diploma, or sales/product courses, or equivalent experience;
- 1-2 years of experience in the industrial industry; and
- Solid experience with industrial sales and preparing proposals.
