Position Description
Littelfuse Startco has an immediate opening for a Permanent, Full time Marketing Coordinator at Littelfuse. The primary function of this position is to support the execution of the marketing plan including coordinating marketing activities and campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads. The incumbent is to organize events/trade shows, provide marketing reporting and analytics, coordinate and compile surveys, new product launches and distributor marketing programs.
Job Responsibilities
    Generate brand awareness and leads
    Coordinate research to help define customer needs in target segments
    Coordinate successful new product launches
    Assist with the execution of the custom products marketing plan
    Assist with the development and execution of the channel marketing program

Position Requirements
    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication or related field

Skills & Competencies
    1-3 years of relevant work experience
    Excellent project management skills
    Effective communication skills, both written and oral
    Technical aptitude and ability to learn specialized products
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Self-motivated and self-starter individual
    Excellent organization and planning skills
