Position Details:
Full-Time Permanent (1.0 FTE)
Assignment:
This is a Management position requiring a flexibile work schedule averaging 8 hours per day/40 hours per week based on operational needs.
Term:
Effective October 2014
Description:
Without restricting the generality of the description above, the Facilites Coordinator shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned including but not restricted to the following:
Assist the Facilities Manager in the development of long range facilities plans and budgets.
Serve as a project manager on Good Spirit School Division initiated projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent, plus
Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Operations and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities operation or maintenance.
Facilities Management Training, an Administration Degree or Journeyperson status in a building related trade would be considered an asset.
Minimum of a Valid Firemans's certificate, and  2 years experience and knowledge in automated building controls and HVAC systems.
Salary & Benefits:
In accordance with current Out of Scope Salary Grid & Benefit Plan.
