The Position

Our Prince Albert office is seeking a positive, energetic individual to join our Agriculture Team in an Administrative Assistant capacity.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing & formatting various financial correspondence including financial statements, assisting with the filing of Agristability applications and assisting with client set-ups & invoicing.  Other duties include filing, coordination of logistics for internal and external meetings and events as well as providing quality service both internally and externally.  

The Candidate

As the successful candidate to join the MNP team, you are an enthusiastic and well-organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.  Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as the knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a business or office administration program.  Knowledge of Agriculture is an asset  but not required.
