STORE MANAGER
Real Canadian Wholesale Club
Swift Current, Saskatchewan

Reports To: District Manager

Overview: The Real Canadian Wholesale Club is open to retail and wholesale customers and offers a traditional wholesale concept while combining a club style format with expanded food service, perishables and general merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
Be accountable for achieving sales and P&L targets
Monitor the competitive environment in their market and propose unique responses
Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers
Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business unit strategy
Build sustainable, long-term relationships with the community

Job Qualifications:
A proven record of leading teams and growing sales
Experience managing retail operations
Demonstrated ability to improve colleague productivity, engagement and retention
Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results
