Talentcor, Winnipeg is recruiting for a dynamic, highly motivated professional with strong Customer Service for an Account Manager role in Regina, Saskatchewan - for their client - a world-leading distributor of Industrial Supplies.
Accountabilities:
Generating sales growth establishing the company as a primary vendor;
Prospecting; lead generation; development of new accounts;
Retention, expansion, & strengthening of existing accounts;
Development of a routing plan; documentation of sales activity;
Visitation of Customer sites approximately 85% travel time;
Submission of Customer orders utilizing wireless ordering technology;
Checking accuracy of incoming orders; management of stock & returns;
Working closely with District Sales Manager to develop pricing strategy for non-contract customers;
Timely submission of reports;
Additional duties as required in the execution of the position;
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years Sales or Account Management experience;
2 to 4 year College (Bachelor) Degree is an asset;
Proven track record in new account acquisition; account retention; & account penetration;
Excellent communication skills with strong command of the English language; Ability to effectively facilitate & present information;
Required competencies / skills include: Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, & manage time effectively; flexibility; strong communication; initiative; organization / planning skills; teamwork & cooperation; strong customer service focus; high level of integrity; & sustained attention to detail;
Expertise with MS Office
Must be able to work from home office; have access to PC with internet;
Access to reliable transportation with current valid Drivers license;
Total Compensation Package:
