Assist payroll processing, administer recruitment, understand the Collective Bargaining Agreement, provide direction and guidance to mine site personnel; assist in various office administration and finance functions; assume other duties in response to changing circumstances. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and organization skills; ability to work with minimal supervision and be self motivated, learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Previous experience with JDEdwards an asset, but not required. Degree, diploma or certificate in HR or Business Admin with at least 6 months - 3 years experience. Other combinations of training and experience may be considered for this developmental role.
