Description

As Structural Technologist, you will be an integral part of the Regina or Saskatoon design team, contributing your technical knowledge, experience and skills to provide innovative building solutions.  You will work alongside talented engineers and technicians on a diverse mix of commercial and institutional building projects.

In this role, you will:
-- Prepare drawings, using Revit, for commercial and institutional building projects located in Saskatchewan and other provinces.
-- Provide technical expertise as a member of the structural engineering design, inspection and construction supervision team.
-- Field services and inspection during construction.  Attend client meetings as required and develop strong working relationships with developers, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
-- Serve as a strong professional and technical representative of the firm, providing sound technical advice.

Education:
-- Diploma in Architectural, Civil or Buildings Technology.

Experience:
-- Related experience in the structural or buildings construction industry.

Personality/Desired attributes:
-- Motivated team player with demonstrated technical, design and client relationship skills.
-- An aptitude for and genuine interest in developing his/her career in the Structural field.

Salary is negotiable and based upon qualifications and experience.  Travel on occasion to visit project sites.
