Assistant Director
Reports to: Executive Director
General Accountability Statement
The Assistant Director is accountable for assisting the Executive Director in the implementation of Wise Owl policies & programs related to child development and care, human resources, finance, facilities, family & community relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Job duties & responsibilities for the Assistant Director may vary. The Assistant Director is the immediate replacement of the Director when he/she is not in the building. The Assistant Director supports the director in the following areas, which may include but are not limited to:
1. Child Development & Care
2. Human Resources
3. Finance
4. Equipment and Facilities
5. Family & Community Relations
Creates & Maintains Links with the Community
6. Governance
