As a valued member of the itracks marketing and Account Executive (AE) team, work with itracks clients such as 3M, Crayola and Honda to meet their market research (MR) needs. Reporting directly to the VP Client Development, responsibilities include developing promotional materials and pricing guides, assist with marketing and industry events, product demonstrations and webinars, and assist with client requests for pricing, product information and proposals.
Responsibilities:
-Develop advertising content, presentation and proposal templates and price guides
-Creation/design of client branded software interfaces
-Develop social media content and regularly post on itracks social media channels
-Respond to requests for product and pricing information and proposals
-Sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations for client projects
-Record day-to-day activities in itracks information management system
Work with the AE team to identify new sources of revenue
-Communicate with clients to determine present and future MR needs
-Inform clients and potential clients about product enhancements
-Coordinate client visits and gifts
-Assist with marketing events (product demonstrations, industry events, and webinars)
-Travel to large US based cities for industry conferences, MR trade shows and meet clients
Qualifications:
-Aptitude to learn new technologies strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Track record of achieving measurable goals in a fast-paced environment
-Effective communication skills (email, telephone and in-person meetings)
-Ability to work independently and pro-actively with a team
-Time management skills and ability to multi-task
-Strong motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
Education and/or Experience:
-Bachelor Degree in Business or related work experience
-Background in client service or study related to marketing/consumer behavior
-Experience with the MR industry or conducting MR using online methods
