The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority is currently hiring for a friendly, ambitious, and professional Administrative Assistant to join the team.
What youll do:
provide reception support by being the first point of contact for the office
use your effective and efficient administrative skills to assist with the daily operations of the housing authority
maintain a high degree of attention to detail while entering data
use your knowledge of office systems and procedures to work both independently, and as part of the team
provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
What were looking for:
an effective communicator with strong customer service and analytical skills
the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with colleagues, tenants, and the public
the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
What youll need:
Certificate or diploma in general office administration, or equivalent, from a recognized post-secondary institution
At least 1 year of related experience
This full-time position is 35 hours/week and offers an excellent benefit plan in addition to a competitive salary.
