Position: Dry Complex Cleaner
Reports To:  Construction Coordinator
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
The Dry Complex Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dry complex.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Clean and disinfect sinks, showers, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.
2.    Sweep and mop floors. Other tasks such as scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors may be required.
3.    Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposable area.
4.    Issue coveralls to field workers.
5.    Collect and dispose of dirty coveralls where appropriate.
6.    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
    Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
    Comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (e.g. when using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents).
    Provide an excellent level of customer service.
    Ability to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
