Reporting to the Home Centre Manager, the Hardware Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the hardware department including sales, marketing, margin, inventory control, budgeting, staff supervision and loss prevention.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hardware operations with a minimum 2 years of management experience and demonstrated strong organizational skills in past positions.
Applicants must have a positive, ambitious attitude, with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
The successful applicant will have a high level of integrity and trust, be approachable by staff and customers and have a drive for self-development.
