Batco-REM Manufacturing, A Division of Ag Growth International, is currently seeking a candidate for the position of:
Human Resources Coordinator
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide support in the areas of recruitment and selection, training, performance management, health and safety, policy review and enhancement and team member engagement.  
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, an ability to problem solve and a willingness to take on new tasks and projects and see them through to completion.  
Education or experience relating directly to the Human Resources field and/or Health and Safety will be considered an asset.    
This is a hands-on position that will require regular work within the manufacturing facility. Experience with Microsoft Office, working with others towards a common goal and providing assistance to a wide range of stakeholders is required.
