The Front Lobby Assistant is the first point of contact for our guests when they stay at Wild Goose Motel and Campground in Kerrobert, SK. The main responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, responding to inquiries and checking guests out of motel, receiving payment. The Front Lobby Assistant must have experience working with computers in a customer service environment.
Qualifications
Past experience working as a cleaner would be considered an asset
Experience utilizing 5 Star System, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required
Job Requirements
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
Respond to and resolve guest complaints and problems in a timely fashion
Provide guest satisfaction through respectful communication and follow-up
