THE ORGANISATION
Beaver River Community Futures Development Corporation is a non-profit organization providing financial and business support to businesses within Northwest Saskatchewan.

The Position
Duties associated with the position:
- Incoming/Outgoing Mail;
- Reception duties (phone, in-person contacts, follow-up calls);
- Emails / Fax-Outs;
- Data Entry and Formatting (TEA, databases, contact lists, etc.);
- Filing; - Inventory (Office supplies, stationery, postage, etc.);
- Arrangements for meetings, conference calls, video-conference sessions;
- Registrations of events, meetings, etc.
- Errands for drop-off and pick-up (Deposits, Accountants, etc.);
- Website updates for the office;
- Point person for any maintenance concerns within the office or equipment;
- Correspondence preparation (Clients, board, association partners);
- Other duties are determined by the Manager.  
It is expected that the Administrative Assistant display exceptional customer service skills in handling all office inquiries including phone, email and walk-ins.  

The position is based in Meadow Lake, SK. Salary will be commensurate with experience and
qualifications.
