The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. Greeting and screening clients, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and other jobs as required.

Job Duties
Greet clients and direct them to appropriate staff
Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners and other parties.
Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals
Take and record telephone calls, emails, or written messages for staff members
Open files
As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries and other interactions
Schedule appointments
Ensure all forms and reports are completed as needed
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
Accept and monitor inbound shipments as necessary
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or an acceptable combination of education & experience
Direct work experience in a receptionist capacity preferred but not necessary
Strong knowledge of general office procedures
Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions
Adjusts & is flexible to meet changing work needs & demands
Superior telephone manners & strong interpersonal skills
