Cement Supervisor manages the day to day field Primary and Remedial Cementing on location and shop Operations. If you are innovative, hardworking self-starter who is looking for a non-corporate, team-based environment in which you utilize your skills, this is a great opportunity for you.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Sales, customer service/relationship building and Liaison regarding day-to-day operations
Manage & mentor personnel to guarantee company integrity
Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies
Rotational schedule -15 days on 6 days off / 365 days a year, on call 24-hours per day during days on
Able to work in remote locations without day to day supervision
20-30% of time would be driving and 70-80% of time spent on location or at the shop working
Supervise, operate, maintain, and clean company equipment and material safely to insure service quality
Accurately complete role required documentation and ensure your team completes and submits paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Preform other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Past experience in this position is required.
Execute successful cementing jobs according to design and client specification
Professional, friendly, courteous, respectful, adapts to change well, and are a team player
Strong Communications Skills, written and oral (English)
Result oriented and strong commitment to organizational goals
Attend in house training and courses for personal and company development
Safety minded, Class 1 driver
3 year drivers abstract
Oil field tickets
Self-starter that possess an entrepreneurial spirit
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen;
