Responsible for driving our personal electronics business and Cash/Point of sale function in order to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty. As CEM IndigoTech and Operations,you are key to ensuring Indigos life-enriching product lines and their stories are presented with passion,enthusiasm and visual appeal so that customers are provided a delightful, inspiring experience every time they visit ourstore.
Whats The Job?
- Supporting the General Manager (GM), the next level manager, in ensuring the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
- Leading a team of Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) in the delivery of world-class customer service.
- Sharing your passion for Indigos unique assortment of books and life-enriching products, and generating excitementabout new products, promotions and programs
- Accepting a high degree of responsibility and accountability for others as well as yourself
- Executing the stores annual business plan as delivered by the GM
-Indigos Sales Generation program
-Soliciting ideas and opportunities from the customer experience team to improve sales and store operations
- HR administration management of store Performance Appraisal schedule for all areas of the store
- Communicating the flow of Home Office directives, programs and corresponding goals
- Liaison for Health & Safety and Loss Prevention programs
- Accounting & Expenses (service stock, office supplies, and cost control management)
- Launching and evaluating new programs and initiatives that impact business performance
