Job Description:
- Answering phones
- Generating vehicle files, key tags and tracking vehicles.
- Taking and distributing messages
- Managing inventory files & work orders
- Processing purchase orders
- Generating reports
- Uploading inventory photos
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and have superior time management skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Above average interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be detail orientated and work well with others
Position is FULL-TIME permanent, Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
(8 hours per day). From time to time you may be
asked to drive a company vehicle; we therefore
require that you hold a VALID CLASS 5 DRIVER'S
LICENSE. Comprehensive employee benefit plan
begins after 90 day probationary period.
