Acuren Saskatoons office is currently looking for a Project Coordinator. If you would like to work in a dynamic environment with experienced, enthusiastic, team-oriented Reliability and NDE technicians, this may be the position for you. This role requires coordinating work activities with our technicians, key stakeholders and client representatives to meet company and customer objectives. The successful applicant will work closely with operations personnel (Reliability and NDE) and assist them with day to day activities as required, including dispatching and managing the movement of Acuren personnel across the province. The incumbent will be proficient with the use of various computer packages including Microsoft Office Suite and Tango database.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in reliability equipment walk down lists and walk down requirements
Provide off hour support through on call position responding to urgent client and company requests
Quality Compliance support in regards to equipment calibrations, technician audits, JHA review/audits, site safety audits and accident/incident reporting
Project Management of short and long term projects including but not limited to managing client relations and site project requirements
What you will bring:
Diploma from a recognized technical institute or suitable project management training/experience.
The ideal candidate will have background in NDE and or Condition Monitoring industry experience
Must have excellent time management, interpersonal, computer and project management skills.
