Luther College at the University of Regina has an opening in the Housekeeping/Caretaking department.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, cleaning washrooms and common areas, sweeping and washing floors and stairs, dusting, cleaning offices, washing windows, and assisting with setting up classrooms (moving furniture), vacuuming and some snow clearing at entrances. Hours of work alternate between two weeks of 8:30am-5:00pm and two weeks of 6:45am-3:15pm.
Qualifications for this position include:
being a self starter
having a positive attitude and strong work ethic
having good communication skills (oral and written)
the ability to work independently or as a team, and under stress
having good time management skills
having an affinity with the goals of Luther College and a small college environment in which flexibility, warmth and cordiality are necessary and valued
