Apartment, Condominium and rental property exterior yard care including grass cutting, weed control, trimming, snow removal and other duties that may be assigned.
Required Skills
Physically fit, Able to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers; Able to use cleaning equipment, mops, vacuums; Punctual; Able to follow instructions both verbal and written.
Must be able to work on scheduled time allotments. There is a possibility for weekend work depending on the weather.
This is a permanent full time position with health and dental benefits and RRSP plan.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
