Job Summary:
Eligible for registration with CARNA and SRNA or Alta Psych Nurses Assoc and Sask Association Psych Nurses.
Reporting to Facility Manager, provides day to day management of the ward/facility which includes but is not limited to supervision and performance appraisal of nursing staff, maintaining budget, sick and overtime for their area. Provides coordination of the ward's activities to ensure effective utilization of resources and quality of care of the residents.
