Adecco Saskatoon is seeking a candidate to fill a permanent Receptionist Job in Saskatoon. As the first point of contact the receptionist will work closely with all members of the team to meet and exceed customer expectations. Working as part of a small team it is important to be able to multi-task and help out in other areas when needed.
Responsibilities for the Receptionist will include:
- Answers phones, take messages and provide quotes
- Meet and greet customers
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Sort, deliver and distribute mail, faxes, couriers etc.
- Additional duties assigned as needed
Qualifications for the Receptionist Job in Saskatoon will include:
- 1+ year experience in a reception/customer service role
- Previous reception experience is an asset
- Proven time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
