Required skills and qualifications:
Highly organized, self-motivated, take initiative and work without supervision
superb telephone etiquette and comfortable making calls to clients
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Photoshop and other data entry software
Comfortable with learning new computer programs and do so with ease
Good working knowledge of website maintenance
Adaptable to an environment where priorities can change quickly
Able to meet time sensitive deadlines
Have reliable transportation
Previous experience in a real estate or licensed agent would be considered an asset
Duties include:
Handling details of paperwork, including posting online and uploading various websites
updating database, answer incoming calls, schedule and follow up broker's appointments,
work with PowerPoint to create and update presentations, create promotional material, assist in general office duties, occasional after hours availability to meet with clients
