Description

Brady Land Services Ltd. is a well-established Land Company, based in Regina, and is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.  Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.  The preferred candidate will be courteous, dependable and have strong communication skills; be honest, organized and have high standards of professional conduct; be able to multi-task, work with others and be exceptionally attentive to detail; and a have a good working knowledge of microsoft office word and excell programs.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Receiving and directing incoming calls and electronic inquiries
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Receiving incoming courier packages and arranging shipment of outgoing courier packages and mail-outs
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and emailing
- Assisting in the preparation of file set-up, documents and client packages
- Preparing and regularly updating linelists and spreadsheets
- Searching titles and registering and/or discharging interests with the appropriate land titles registry
- Assisting Land Administrators and Landmen with general office duties and special projects.
