CREATIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Someone who enjoys a challenge.  Responsible to the General Manager, you will organize auditions, book tours, prepare music/script books, schedule rehearsals, maintain music library and costume inventory, prepare research, keep statistics, maintain date bases and perform general office duties.

You will have a degree or experience in the performing arts, administrative and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access and enjoy working with young performers.  You will be a team player as well as a self-starter.
