Qualifications
Experience working with people in crisis
Must be flexible, reliable and willing to learn
Must Pass YWCA security screening
CPR/First Aid
Hours of Work: 12 hour Shift Work (8pm - 8 am)

Objective
To provide a safe environment with the clients that has been drinking/sober, to provide Breakfast
(cereal-hot/cold/fruit/toast/coffee/tea), to perform cleaning duties.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Service - to meet the clients
Intake forms
Maintain security
Call 911 for any disturbances or medical issues as they arise
Some clerking duties - data collection, photocopying, filing
Attend staff meetings
Get breakfast ready for clients
Provide feedback to the manager regarding clients
Provide feedback to the Manager on major issues and incident reports
Prioritise work; attend to the most urgent needs of the clientele first
Maintain confidentiality
Work unsupervised
