Our client is looking to recruit an experienced
receptionist to join their team in Regina. In
this exiting role, you will play a key part in
maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer
service, operations and administrative activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating a Switchboard
* Calendar management
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Taking cash, credit and debit card payments
* Supporting Senior Management as required
* Managing stationery and newspaper orders and
kitchen supplies
* Other duties as assigned
