Our client is looking for a full time ORDER DESK REP !
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is
customer service-oriented and has strong
administration experience. This is a very busy
work environment!
Duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers
via phone, fax and email
- Entering clients orders in a timely manner
- Preparing sales orders based on client
requirements
- Type quotes and contracts
- Ability to coordinate appointments with
installations
- General office duties
Previous order desk experience is an asset.
