Responsible for coordinating and implementing the delivery facilities services and maintenance using internal workforce tradesmen and subcontractors. Establish prevenative maintenance routines and coordinate the activities of multi-skilled trades personnel.
The ideal candidate will hold a journeyman's certificate in a related field of our operations.
