Falcon Equipment is currently seeking a Provincial Service Manager to be responsible for the supervision and leadership of Falcon's Service Departments within the Saskatchewan branch offices. This position will be based out of either Saskatoon or Regina.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Service departments operations and scheduling
Manage quality assurance - setting quality standards, maintaining quality of all service department activities
Ensure completion of shop maintenance, repair work and field service work
Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery
Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary
Work with Human Resources for recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management

Requirements
Minimum 8 years in a service management role within the heavy equipment/industrial sector
Exceptional mechanical ability; ideally, a Journeyperson heavy equipment technician
Strong leadership skills with proven management experience
Trustworthy with a high degree of integrity
