Description

We are hiring for our office assistant receptionist position.
The successful candidate, will have office experience, be capable of working in a fast paced environment, and have a demonstrated ability to be a fast learner.  
*Property management office experience is an asset but not a requirement.

Duties to include: answering phones, booking appointments, collecting rent and other payments, completion of tenancy documents including lease agreements, filing, completion of forms for rentalsman and other ORT issues, processing of payables, sending letters, reminders etc, and other duties to be determined.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- must be familiar with use of computers
- must be quick learner
- familiar with procedures for check writing
- bank deposits
- use and understand filing systems
- accuracy in all forms and tasks is a must.
