The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the assisting the Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Bridging Rivers Area office for Girl Guides of Canada. Some of these duties include updating the membership system, assisting families with registration, handling financial transactions in the office, and many other duties. Flexibility is the key to this position!!
We are looking for someone with office experience, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and proficient in office-related computer skills. Experience with volunteers and youth as well as a background and/or knowledge of Girl Guides of Canada and its programs are considered assets.
This position is part-time (up to 20 hours a week).
