Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Primary Health Care , this position is responsible for the coordination of regional Telehealth initiatives as well as the
development of resource materials, awareness programming and promotion for Telehealth utilization.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in a health-related field
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with professionals, para professionals and other service providers
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Computer skills including Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheets, email and internet
Additional t:
112 hours in a 3 week rotation. Field hours. Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates
