QA & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT DUTIES:
Manufacturing:
Schedule and Coordinate manufacturing of
nutraceuticals and functional foods
Source and Purchasing of all material
required for manufacturing
Organize manufacturing staff to assigned
duties in order to meet POs in a timely manner
Product development
Source new equipment and staff as per
growing needs
Maintenance:
Maintain a regular maintenance schedule as
per Health Canada guidelines
Maintain function and health of equipment
used in manufacturing
Train staff on new equipment and provide
support when issues arise
QA
Organize necessary laboratory tests for
raw material and finished products
Review lab results and sign off on
approved material and products
Prepare and order all necessary lab
equipment and supplies
Run all specialty tests for
microbiological analysis
Maintain the Stability Program as per
Health Canada guidelines
Prepare and maintain SOP manual, with
updated changes regularly
Prepare Certificates of Analysis
Regulatory Affairs
Regular liaison with Health Canada
Maintain existing licenses of all products
Organize, and submit applications for new
or unlicensed products
Prepare and maintain other certification
applications and processes
Submit, maintain and follow site license
guidelines
Client Services
Work directly with clients in designing
formulas for new products
Provide clients with advice, support and
organization on production, licensing & labeling
Organize client manufacturing orders
Prepare new labels, licenses, private
label, and custom manufacturing for clients
Canadian Bio Supplement Line
Maintain the Can Bio Product Manual
Provide support for clients interested in
these products
Maintain stock levels of products, and
schedule them into manufacturing as needed
