Description

Brandt is continuing to grow and expand our business and we are looking for hard-working, creative individuals to join our Team. We are currently seeking a Parts and Service Administrator for our Engineering Products Division.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Work closely with CSRs to process customer parts orders, this includes opening and maintaining sales orders as well as creating documents for domestic and international shipping
- Work closely with accounting team and submit work and sales orders for invoicing and ensure sufficient information is provided for payment
- Work closely with field technicians to ensure sufficient information is provided on the service reports, open, maintain and close service work orders and ensure all technicians time matches the report
- Answer incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers
- Work closely with Service Managers and provide back-up support to other members of the team and cross train as required by Manager
- Participate as a member of the customer service team, to develop and recommend changes to existing methods to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Manual Service Reporting
- Entry level position that will be provided training

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize work and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast pace environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be a team player that is also self-motivated
- Detail oriented and organizational skills are key requirements
- Invoice processing
- Background in a Heavy Equipment Service Industry

Previous experience in a Service department setting or dealership environment is considered an asset.
