ASSISTANT PRODUCTION TRAINING COORDINATOR
Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to
Friday, 1/2 hour lunch break
I.KIND AND LEVEL OF WORK
The person in this position will be asked to drive
out of town for pick-ups and deliveries, as well
as work in the shop doing metal recycling as well
as manufacturing wood products and other duties as
assigned.
II.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

III. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING DESIRED
Ability to drive a heavy truck or truck and
trailer is required. Training or experience with
precision wood work would be an asset. This
position involves manual labor requiring the use
of power tools and air tools, as well as heavy
lifting and repetitive movements. Operation of a
forklift may be required. Experience in these
areas is an asset, but training can be provided.
The candidate should have experience working with
persons who have disabilities or special needs.
For the benefit of the employees the person should
be capable of supervising, and instructing, and
should have knowledge of work simplification so as
to have the employee do the work. A valid drivers
license is essential.
