KNOWLEDGE:
-Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture.
-Knowledge of the gaming, hospitality, customer service (or related) industry.
-Knowledge of slot operations and diagnostics.
-Basic knowledge of ATM operations and preventative maintenance.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
-Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
-Ability to support change with optimism and openness.
-Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, in both written and verbal form.
-Ability to consistently provide friendly, timely, and accurate client service.
-Ability to work independently, be reliable, and take personal responsibility for tasks and deadlines.
-Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating respect and consideration for others.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
-Must consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee
-Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
-Must be 19 years of age or older
OTHER INFORMATION:
-Irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
-Could be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, dust and sharp objects
-Congested workplace
-Electricity
-Walking/Standing (2hrs at a time)
-Lifting (up to 50 lbs, with assistance)
-Moving (up to 150 lbs, such as slot machines, LCD)
-Crouching / Working in awkward positions (depending on access panel locations)
